And we will also continue the tradition of lightning talks: short presentations scheduled in between talks. During a lightning talk, you can choose to share a showcase, project, open source contribution (like a module), or anything else of interest. Interested in sharing something? Let us know and we'll fit you into the schedule.

StripeCon EU is always a great event to network, hang out and share knowledge with fellow Silverstripers. Derk will guide you through the basics of setting up the development and deployment of a SilverStripe site. This workshop will go through using Vagrant and setting up Buddy.works and deploy to an Upcloud server. With the resulting setup and configuration you should be able to start making a website and host it on Upcloud. During the workshop Derk will explain how and why things are done. And probably some tricks that will make life better. This will use the TwistedBytes Vagrant box, so having Vagrant up and running will be a requirement.
